Thai cooking classes / courses WELCOME TO YA'S KITCHEN Ya's thai cooking classes and kitchen was established in 2005 on the island of Koh Tao in Thailand. Ya Fortis started cooking lunches for a dive school on Koh Tao and word soon spread of Ya's great cooking. Now she cooks all the staff's food from local Thai dishes to an English roast dinner.
